If you are having a plated dinner and are serving each guest a piece of cake, we recommend ordering enough cake for each guest. For example, if you are expecting 200 guests, you will need approximately 150 servings of cake.

We recommend booking your wedding cake 3 to 6 months in advance. While you are welcome to book your cake up to 1 year in advance, we have found that tastes and trends change resulting in the redesign of many wedding cakes that are booked too far in advance. Some months fill more quickly than others, including May, June and October. If your wedding falls in one of those months and you need your cake delivered, please consider booking 6 months in advance.
