Join us to raise funds for The Little Light House on behalf of Ryleigh Parks!
Saturday, September 7th
In this cookie decorating class, each student will learn to decorate 12 cookies with royal icing. We will be decorating cookie shapes that Ryleigh loves (unicorns, rainbows and more!) and using her favorite colors including purple and teal. This class is great for all skill levels and is open to ages 8 and up. Advance registration is required and is non-refundable. Class will be held at All Things Cake (6808 S. Memorial Drive.) We hope to see you in class!
About Ryleigh & The Little Light House:
When Ryleigh was born her parents found out that she has Down syndrome and was born with 2 holes in her heart that had to be repaired during 2 open heart surgeries at 5mos old. A few days after she was born, they were told about the Little Lighthouse. It is a school for children with disabilities through the age of 6. They provide speech, occupational & physical therapy daily for all students. The Christian based curriculum gives kiddos an extra boost to help them hit harder to reach milestones before they enter public school. The school receives no funding from the government or united way, so they solely rely on private and corporate donations to run. The yearly cost per student is roughly $32,000, and the families pay $0. To help with tuition costs, each student participates in a fundraiser every year. Please join this cookie decorating class to support Ryleigh and The Little Light House!
