Making Buttercream & Royal Icing – $65
Sunday, April 23rd from 1pm-3pm (Doors open at 12:50pm)
Do you struggle with the different consistencies of icing for cakes, cupcakes or cookies? Learn to make both buttercream and royal icing in this hands-on class. Students will mix both types of icing from scratch to learn how to gauge consistency. Recipes will be provided along with tips on flavoring, coloring and storing icing. All tools and supplies are provided for use during class.
Class is limited to 12 students; We are not a nut free or gluten free facility; Class registration is non-refundable and no-shows will not be transferred to another class. Each person in the classroom must have a ticket;
