Cake Camp for Kids
July 18th-21st (Tuesday-Friday)
10am-1pm daily
Ages 7-14
$300/child

Campers will learn about different baked treats and desserts in this 4-day, fun-filled camp!

For this camp, each day will feature a different treat and skill:

Day One: Working with Chocolate to create candy bars, cake balls and a variety of chocolate dipped treats;
Day Two: Campers will work with Buttercream, fondant and other edible items to create cupcakes;
Day Three: Campers will work with a variety of icings to decorate cookies;
Day Four: Campers will work with a variety of icings to decorate a cake;
Each day, campers will prep for the following day by coloring icing or sculpting accents that may be used for another day’s project. Some items may come home at the end of the day, but most items will be sent home on the final day after the final showcase.

The final showcase will be a GRAND OPENING of each students bakery or food truck. Each student will name their bakery, design their logo, menu and more. Parents and other family members are welcome and encouraged to come to the final day’s showcase, which will take place at 12:30pm on Friday July 21st. Students’ baked goods as well as other refreshments will be served.

In each session, campers will learn about recipes, baking, decorating and food safety in a fun environment. Additionally, we will do a non-edible craft each day from making aprons to assembling recipe folders. All crafts are sent home on the last day of camp. We will serve a small snack during camp. Campers are encouraged to bring a water bottle to camp each day.

Cake camp is a drop-off camp for ages 7-14. Campers must be able to receive instruction, follow directions and participate in a classroom type setting. Each session is limited to 16 campers.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your scheduled camp to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued due to illness or missed classes. All Things Cake reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of participants.
