Buttercream 101
Saturday, March 5th from 10am-2pm
Start your cake decorating journey here! Learn to level, fill, crumb coat and final ice a cake with buttercream icing; Once your cake is iced, you’ll learn to pipe several borders, accents and decorations with buttercream icing; All skill levels welcome. Gluten Free available.
Our adult classes are best for those 16+, but younger students are welcome with instructor approval. Each two-hour session is packed with tips and tricks to help you achieve decorating success at home! All supplies are provided; Gluten Free is available for our cake and cupcake classes for an additional fee. Cookie classes are not offered as Gluten Free. Edible items created in class are sent home with students. Advanced online registration is required. Classes are nonrefundable and no-shows will not be transferred to another class.
Class size is limited to 12 people; Only ticket holders may be in the classroom.
